The Women's Club Christmas Tea took place on December 19 at La Grange
Country Club and a lovely time was had by all. A special thank you to all who
made this event possible and to Mrs. Gibbons, Ms. Ziemba and the Children's
Choir who did a wonderful job singing Christmas carols. Proceeds from this event
benefited the St. Cletus chapter of the St. Vincent de Paul Society as well as
St. Cletus Parish. Additionally, warm hats, gloves and slippers each guest
brought as a donation were distributed the following day along with food baskets
to our sister parish, St. Agatha.
The Women's Club has been called upon to help arrange for volunteers for the
Greater Chicago Food Depository to benefit the St Cletus food pantry. 15
volunteers are needed for each of the dates below. As you can all imagine, the
need is great. Every hour donated "buys" about 63 lbs of food from the
depository for our food pantry.
If you are interested in helping, please email me with the dates for which you
would like to volunteer. (All sessions are Wednesday evenings from 6-9 pm. ) If
we can get a group together, the Women's Club can arrange transportation to and
from, if needed.

Adoration begins following the 8:00am Mass
and continues during the day until 6:15pm.
The Chaplet of Divine Mercy is prayed at
6:15pm followed by Benediction.
Hispanic Adoration continues from 7:00pm
until 8:00pm.
