Moving Mountains in Fourth Grade

It sure has been a great and busy three day week this week in Fourth Grade!

In our first few days of our school year, our fourth graders…

Reunited with classmates, met with their first grade buddies, walked in a straight line down our hallways, were sorted into houses, and discussed the qualities needed to work as a team.

Students will receive their house name next week. We will also begin tallying House Points starting Monday! Please use the invitation code to sign up for Class Dojo, if you haven’t already.  This will allow us to communicate with parents (and vice versa) as well as keep you updated on how each day is going.

We will also be starting to rotate for Science and Social Studies next week. Below is a copy of our Special schedule, including when your child’s class will have Science or Social Studies.

Parent Homework: A Parent Questionnaire was sent home with your child today, Friday, August 24th. We greatly appreciate the time spent on completing this sheet. This allows us to get a little more information about your child as well as yourself. Please return by August 31st, is possible. THANK YOU!
