Programs For Ministers Of Care
This program is designed for people preparing to become Ministers of Care or Visitors of the Sick in a parish setting.
A Certificate will be given to all whole attend four sessions. Permission to be a Minister of Care in any parish must be
received by a member of the Pastoral Staff. Please contact the Ministry of Care office at 708-352-4834 for more information.
Sessions include:
Introduction to the theology of Pastoral and Eucharistic Ministry of the Sick Pastoral and Practical Aspects of Ministry of Care
Pastoral Listening Skills
Theology of Aging, Death, & Dying
Theological and Practical Aspects of Prayer and Eucharistic Ministry
Upcoming dates include May 4-6-11-13, 2004 from 7:00p - 9:15p.

Every Saturday from 4:15 - 4:45pm.

Eucharistic Adoration & Benediction
Adoration begins following the 8:00am Mass
and continues during the day until 6:15pm on
the first Tuesday of each month.
The Chaplet of Divine Mercy is prayed at
6:15pm followed by Benediction.
Hispanic Adoration continues from 7:00pm
until 8:00pm. | |
