Early Childhood Program
This program provides beginning religious instruction to children ages 3 to 5.
Songs, crafts and stories are used to instill a sense of community and introduce
these young members of our parish to Jesus’ word.
We invite you to consider the St. Cletus Parish Early Childhood Religious
Education Program "Sunday School" which meets during the school year. It
is for children ages 3 - kindergarten age. Classes meet during the 9:30
Mass on most Sundays throughout the school year. This fun-filled class
provides the children a time to be with others their own age and learn of the
Gospel in a way that is age appropriate. The children play, pray, do a
craft, and have music time. They learn about the weekly Gospel and our
Catholic traditions. At Christmas, they perform songs and a play for
families and friends. At Easter, they take a journey and walk through Holy
Week with Jesus, learning about Palm Sunday, the Last Supper, Good Friday, and
the Resurrection. Our dedicated teachers and music instructors have worked
hard to make "Sunday School" a fun place to be! Please join us!
Registration is filled on a first-come, first served basis, even for families
currently in the program. Remember that class sizes are limited and we not
overfill the classes.
To register, please load the following form and return it to Mary Ellen (address
on form):
Please feel free to forward the site to anyone interested in the program.
All are welcome to join us!
