Registration
Below, please find the appropriate registration form. You may print out
and return to the Religious Education Office
with tuition deposit. Simply mail forms to the address below or visit the
Religious Education Office.
New families need to provide their parish envelope number and a copy of their
child's baptismal certificate.

Non-Parishioners of Saint Cletus Church
If you and your family are not Saint Cletus Church parishioners, you must
register before you may enroll your children in the Religious Education Program.
You may register on the first weekend of the month after the 5:00 PM Saturday
Mass or after the 8:00, 9:30 or 11:00 AM Masses on the first Sunday of the
month. You may also register at the Rectory Monday through Friday during regular
business hours.
After Parish registration, please stop by the Religious Education office (Room
105) Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, or you may see Pat
Kahl on Sundays after Masses outside the Church. PLEASE KNOW YOUR NEW
PARISHIONER NUMBER (ENVELOPE NUMBER). Thank you.
