We have the following opportunities available to
volunteer.
Halloween Party (Grades PreK-5)
Volunteers will assist the teachers with planning and coordinating the class Halloween Party.
FSA Christmas Party (Grades PreK-3)
Volunteers will assist with FSA Childrens Christmas Party.
Valentines Party (Grades PreK-5)
Volunteers will assist the teachers with planning and coordinating the class Valentines Party.
DARE Graduation (Grade 5)
Volunteers will assist the 5th Grade teachers with coordinating this event with decorations and food donations.
Teacher, Priest & Staff Appreciation Day
(Grades PreK-8)
Volunteers opportunities include: donating food items, set up/clean-up of room and serving lunch.
Retreat
Luncheon (Grade 8 only)
Volunteer opportunities include setup/clean-up of room and serving lunch.
7th and 8th Grade
Ice Cream Social (Grade 7 only)
Volunteers will coordinate this event, set up/clean-up of room, and assist with serving ice cream if needed.
8th Grade Graduation Reception (Grade 7 only)
Volunteers opportunities include: coordinating event set up/clean-up Morrissey Hall & assist with serving food.
Kindergarten
Celebration (Kindergarten)
Volunteers assist K teachers with planning year-end celebration: includes decorations, food & coordinating volunteers.
School Office Volunteer (Grades
PreK-8)
Volunteers will assist in the school office with copying, filing and performing general office duties.
Library
Volunteer (Grades PreK-8)
Volunteers assist librarian with shelving books, assisting students, checking out books, cataloging & covering of books. Library volunteers can assist during childs library time.
Science
Lab Volunteer (Grades 1-6)
Volunteers will assist the science teacher with classroom activities. Volunteers can assist during childs science class.
Room Parent Volunteer (Grades PreK-8)
Room Parents are responsible for coordinating classroom parties, assisting the teacher if needed, handling the class calling tree for school closings and attending FSA meetings.
Lunch
Supervision (Grades PreK-4)
Volunteers monitor children during lunch period: Grades 1-4th 20 min. classroom/20 min. outdoors. PreK & K indoors only. Consider volunteering once a week, once a month or few times a year. Contact Pam Rohrbacher 708-352-3852
