St. Cletus School engages in a number of fundraising activities to enhance learning, enrich children’s faith and foster service, keep tuition affordable, and encourage fellowship among students and parents. The Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is to bridge the gap between the actual cost of educating our students and the income we receive from tuition. Without the Annual Fund we would not be able to keep the annual increase in tuition to a minimum.
Major Fundraising Events
Oktoberfest
This event provides an opportunity for the adults of our community to friend-raise and fund-raise. Entertainment, food, and games of chance are featured throughout the evening.
Spring Gala and Auction
Each year the look may be a little bit different but the purpose is always the same: to break out of the late winter/early spring doldrums and have fun while benefiting our school. This event includes both a Silent and Live auction, games of chance, raffles, drinks, food and dancing.
Golf Outing
Fore! In June we kick the summer off with our annual St. Cletus Cardinal Open Golf Outing. School families, parishioners, alumni and community members are invited to join us for golf, followed by dinner, games of chance and raffles.

Magazine Program
St. Cletus School has an ongoing fundraising program with QSP. Whenever you subscribe to a magazine whether for yourself or a gift, please use the QSP website and enter in St Cletus' School Organization Number. St Cletus School will receive 40% of every subscription dollar. Similar to Manna, the magazine program is another way to raise funds for St. Cletus School through everyday purchases and includes 700 of the most popular magazines in America at up to 90% off newsstand prices!

Endowment Gifts
Endowment gifts are a way to create a lasting legacy of support for St. Cletus School. We welcome additional gifts to all existing endowment funds, as well as the creation of new named funds.
Planned Gifts
As we move forward with our development efforts, we will be implementing a planned giving program that will provide our donors with greater opportunities for financial planning and tax advantages by making a gift to St. Cletus School.
Matching Gifts
Please contact your employer’s human resource department to find out about their matching gift policies; and remember that your gifts are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Market Day
Market Day raises over $5,000 for our school each year.
Box Tops for Education
General Mills and Betty Crocker box tops with the label 'Box tops for Education' serve as a fund-raiser run by the FSA. Boxtops can be sent in with your child or dropped off in the school office. Sign up to see St. Cletus’ box top report card at http://www.boxtops4education.com.
Book Fair
The Book Fair is held in the fall each year. Books are reasonably priced and all proceeds benefit the Library.
