Registration 2008-2009 School Year

If you are new to St. Cletus, you can download and print the appropriate registration packet listed below and send them to the school office. Please also feel free to contact the school office for registration information and forms. "Experience The Difference!"

For currently enrolled families, you can view the re-registration letter and download and print the re-registration form.

  • Preschool -- includes: registration letter, preschool registration form, family information form, and a preschool general information form.
  • K - 8 -- includes: registration letter, K-8 registration form, family information form, a K-8 general information form, and a form for the authorization of students records transfer.
